National testing agency (NTA) and Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has released the Social Security assistant (SSA) and stenographer recruitment. Interested candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria can submit their application through the official website of EPFO . Interested candidates can apply online from 27 march 2023 to 26 April 2023. Through these recruitment organization aims to fill 2859 vacancies .

Eligibility criteria
Social security assistant (group C) :
• Bachelor degree in any recognized university in India.
• English typing - 35 WPM OR
• Hindi Typing - 30 WPM
Stenographer ( Group C) :
• 10+2 intermediate exam passed from any recognized board in India
• Dictation : 10 min at 80 WPM
• Transcription : English 50 WPM / Hindi 65 WPM.
Age Limit : Between 18 years to 27 years of age.

Selection process
The selection process for EPFO consist of two phases of Exam. For the post of EPFO Social security assistant (SSA) , phase 1 exam consist of 600 marks questions to be completed within 2 hours and 30 minutes. Computer data entry test is the phase 2 exam for the social security assistant ( SSA) exam .
For the post of stenographer , the phase 1 exam will consist of 800 marks questions to be completed in a time duration of 2 hours 10 minutes. The phase 2 exam for these post is stenography test.
